How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to fulfill and ship orders out within 5-7 business days, sometimes sooner. Please note that turnaround time may be longer during holidays and can also depend on current production schedule.
How can I track my order?

Do you offer wholesale?

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at twinmamacraftdesign0623@gmail.com .
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pick up is available in Lancaster, PA and surrounded areas. Please select the local pick-up option at checkout. An email with the address and pick up instructions will be emailed to you when your order is ready.
SOY WAX CANDLES
What's the best way to burn our Soy Wax Candle?
Our recommended burn time is 3 hours. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each lighting. Always allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jars before extinguishing. This will allow the candle to burn evenly and prevent "tunneling." When you purchase our candles, we will include our Care Candle brochure.
Why soy?
We choose to work with soy wax for a variety of reasons. We love that it's an 100% renewable resource and carbon neutral. We love that it burns more cleanly - and better yet - for a longer period of time than paraffin. Soy candles are better for the environment and your health: they are non-toxic and burn cleaner than paraffin wax. It produces as much as 90% less soot than paraffin wax.
Are your fragrances phthalate free?
Yes, all our fragrances are phthalate free.
Do you use essential oils in your candles?
We use fragrance oils that do have 60-80% components of essential oils, but we do not use straight essential oils. While we love essential oils, we think that fragrance oils are better for use in candles, as the scent throw is stronger. Many essential oils tend to evaporate when they are burned because the flash point is so low.
Can the jar be repurposed?
Yes, remove the wax residue. Use to store pens, plant succulents in or just recycle or if you are local, we will refill your container with new wax and 10% discount.
CUSTOM ITEMS
Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?
We do not send any finished engraved and or cut proofs. The only proof we can send if requested is a digital design proof.
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes, please reach out to us and we would be happy to work with you on a custom item or design. Please note, a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item and or design.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PNG or SVG format.
Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards.
Can I place my cutting/charcuterie boards in the dishwasher?
No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan.
HATS & BEANIES
How do I care for the hats and beanies with the leather patch?
Please use a gentle detergent when washing using cold to warm water. Hand-wash (preferred) or wash on a delicate cycle. Do not put in the dryer, air dry only. All patches are adhered using heat activated adhesive with an industrial hat heat press.
Are the patches made of real leather?
No, the patches are made of leatherette (faux leather) and are finished with a safe leatherette oil.
